Mrs. Ioance Alice is an accomplished finance executive with over 10 years of experience leading financial operations, developing and executing growth strategies, and driving operational efficiencies. As the CFO of ARKA, Alice is responsible for overseeing the company's financial management, accounting, and reporting functions.

Before joining ARKA, Alice held several senior finance positions at various relevant companies in Brașov. Alice's expertise includes financial planning and analysis, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Mrs. Ioance holds a Finance, Accounting, and Economic Theory Degree from Transilvania University in Brașov. She is a member of CECCAR, CCF, and the Group of Judicial Experts.
