Mr. Ph.D. Eng. Frîncu Cezar

Mr. Frîncu Cezar is an experienced technology executive with over 13 years of experience in industrial design and mechatronics and has a rich experience in designing and developing automated production lines for the automotive and aviation industries. He is a professor at Transilvania University of Brasov, Faculty of Mechatronics and Robotics.

As the Chief Technology Officer  of ARKA, Mr. Frîncu is responsible for driving the company's technological vision and leading its development efforts. He is in charge of our team of developers and engineers at ARKA. Mr. Frîncu has the main responsibility to promote innovation and technical excellence throughout the organization. He strongly believes in utilizing technology to resolve business challenges, and his objective is to provide high-quality products that fully satisfy our customers' requirements.

Mr. Frîncu has led the development of all the courier products that ARKA currently offers, creating state-of-the-art lockers with innovative features that are unparalleled in the market. Thanks to his contribution, we have acquired several patents, and we continue to file for more in specific areas of the courier and postal industry.
