Mrs. Chihaia Andra

Mrs. Chihaia Andra is a seasoned human resources executive with over 12 years of experience in leading HR operations and driving people strategies that support organizational growth and development. As the CHRO of ARKA, Mrs. Chihaia is responsible for overseeing the company's HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and culture.

Mrs. Chihaia earned a Degree in Management, Economic Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Management and Business Strategies from Transilvania University.

Before joining ARKA, Mrs. Chihaia held several senior HR leadership and general manager position at an esteemed managerial training company, where she developed and executed people strategies that helped drive business success. She has expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Mrs. Chihaia is a passionate and results-oriented leader who has been recognized with a ‘Certificate of Completion as tourism manager’, ‘Certificate of Completion as Expert in Accessing European Structural and Cohesion Funds’, ‘Certificate of Language Proficiency’, ‘Trainer of trainers graduation certificate’, ‘Inspector graduation certificate in the field of health and safety at work’. She is also recognized as an expert, as evidenced by her various titles, including: ‘Long-term expert/trainer’,’ Organization expert in courses’, and ‘Target group expert’.
