Two weeks ago, ARKA's team crossed the ocean to attend MODEX 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia, one of the largest trade shows in the logistics industry.
We enjoyed all four days of meetings and networking with the key players in the supply chain world, making valuable connections and building reliable relationships.
MODEX 2024 - Brings together the full spectrum of the supply chain
Organized by the *MHI, the most significant American material handling, logistics, and supply chain association, MODEX 2024 was held in Atlanta, Georgia, from 11 - 14 March 2024.
This year's edition saw a record-breaking 48,733 registered manufacturing and supply chain professionals. With 1200 exhibitors showcasing the latest supply chain technology and innovation across three halls and 53,883.76 net square meters at Georgia World Congress Center, this was the largest MODEX event to date for MHI, with 32% more registered visitors than MODEX 2022.
Excellent organizational process and well-thought-out flow for attendees and exhibitors make our experience positive and memorable. On this occasion, we would like to thank the MODEX team for the meticulous planning and execution, which exemplified professionalism and dedication.
At MODEX, over 200 educational seminars and five keynote presentations tackled topics ranging from supply chain innovations to smart ports.
The biggest trends at MODEX centered on digital supply chain solutions, including automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, augmented reality, the Internet of Things, and data analytics.
We're pleased to see that our autonomous smart parcel locker network aligns with these trends, and it's reassuring to witness the entire ecosystem acknowledging the significance of autonomous solutions.
The most technologically advanced solution
As one of the few European companies present at this show, ARKA SMART PARCEL LOCKERS shone with our innovative, almost unique solution for the autonomous locker network.
Many important market stakeholders were interested in the unique next-generation locker, which is equipped with peripherals typically found only in traditional machines.
Over eight iterations since the autumn of 2022, the Next-Gen locker, ARKA SunCharge, has evolved into the most technologically advanced solution available in Europe and potentially worldwide.
The SunCharge Locker is modular and expandable, with up to 10 slave units featuring two columns. Additionally, it provides unique optional peripherals, including an LED Touchscreen Display, QR Scanner, PIN pad, CCTV, Alarm System, Video Surveillance, POS, LED Light System, 4G mobile router, and UPS. Its state-of-the-art production management and energy storage system distinguish it, making it arguably the world's only locker.
